The ‘SCRATCH & WIN’  promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

• To participate, you must play during the campaign period between 05:00:00 on 10th April 2024 and 23:59:59 on 8th May 2024 (inclusive).

• Each code can only be used once.

• You can only play once during the campaign period.

• Only after providing registration details will you be able to play.

• Codes are valid or 30 days (inclusive) once you have received your voucher code via email.

• Prizes cannot be used in exchange for cash within meals or deals.

• Not all qualifying prizes are available at all Tim Hortons restaurants. Tim Hortons reserves the right to limit or vary the range of prizes, serving hours, and purchasing channels due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Participants must accept the terms and conditions of use and agree that their data will be handled in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy.

Please note that the following restrictions apply:

• Only one ‘scratch and win’ is avaliable during the campaign period.

• Each prize code must be redeemed at the counter, in store.

• Codes are only valid for 30 days (inclusive) once received via email.

• Participants must be aged 18 or over and reside in the UK.

• The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
